Worldwide Water/Whale Wave Meditation 2008

Personal — Posted by: World Grace Africa @ 04/03 2008, 12:59

We’re Now Worldwide!

You’re invited:

The World Grace Foundation:
a “Heaven-on-Earth” project
www.WorldGraceFoundation.org

 in conjunction with

 Mary J. Getten: whale naturalist,
animal communicator and
author of Communicating with Orcas
www.marygetten.com

Along with groups from France, South Africa, South America and around the World

 Are holding their annual
Worldwide Water/Whale Wave Meditation:

A unified moment in time to focus on the restoration of the earth’s waters
while in meditation with the whales.

Positive changes have occurred each time we hold this space. Please join us and help the restoration hold longer and longer.

When: Sunday, May 25th, 2008, Concentrating the effort between 7 a.m. to 10 a.m in your time zone, creating a continuous wave of meditators across the earth. Even a few minutes of your love during this time can make a difference.

How: Choose any method (see ideas below) that you know works for you, or create your own, and thank you for adding your energy.

Where: Try to get to any natural body of water during this time (wells, rivers, streams, ponds, lakes, sea beaches) and offer your energy/blessing.

  • Reiki and other forms of energy healing of the water
  • Distant energy healing of the water
  • Tuning in to the frequency of the whales
  • Offering the lost mode of prayer* to the water by feeling it already pristine and restored to beautiful life (see below for more on this method)
  • Charging or blessing a tiny amount of clean distilled water and releasing this into an open natural body of water for a rippling effect across the planet (make sure this is allowed in your area)
  • Casting spells of love and healing
  • Working with the elementals
  • Offering healing prayers from your faith tradition
  • And/or calling forth angels to assist in our choice for the waters of heaven on earth.
  • Simply picking up even just one piece of trash on a beach, and properly disposing of it.

*To participate using the lost mode of prayer, be at peace with the one of many possibilities (pollution) playing itself out here right now, knowing the choice of purity is already in existence and can replace the current reality at any time. The current reality is not permanent, feel it as just a short-term drama with which we are experimenting, think of another more pristine and heaven-like possibility, and during at least part of those three specified hours, feel what it would feel like if it were here: The whales and dolphins sing with joy, their home is an underwater paradise of life and clarity, the beaches are lovely and beautiful because we live in a world where everyone, everywhere, takes loving care of the earth and its waters. We are a human family working together side by side with Gaia. What does it feel like to live in this world? Offer that feeling to the universe. By doing this, you have opened up a doorway in which the universe can ignite a new possibility. Then go about your day.

Co-coordinated with Mary J. Getten, www.MaryGetten.com, this is an Interfaith Crossroads event initiated by the World Grace Foundation www.WorldGraceFoundation.org

South African eco-village progresses

Personal — Posted by: World Grace Africa @ 04/10 2007, 07:24

The first actual eco-cottage built in the shack village in Cape Town (where shacks have been built from garbage by the poor) will be available to eco-culture-tourists in April. For every 200 paying guests, another real cottaqe can be built for a family living in a make-shift shack. The eco-cottages are made from locally sustainable materials, with composting toilets, wind power and organic gardens, and built with help from the people themselves, including unemployed youth. From within, this shack town is slowly being transformed to a self-sustaining eco-village.

Wonderful letter from Cape Town

Personal — Posted by: World Grace Africa @ 01/25 2007, 05:11

Below is a letter from our wonderful Cape Town sister non-profit:

Greetings dear Barb!

I hope this year brings wealth, health, peace and prosperity to you and all your loved ones.

2007 has started with a bang for us.....some wonderful donations from UK (one from the actor who played Gandalf in Lord of the Rings!) have enabled us to begin building 2 eco-cottages, to finish the clinic and to plan an educational centre and backpacker hostel. Our little project is taking wings and flying. I truly believe that the goodwill and kindness of people like yourself and all your supporters adds to the great flow of positivity that this world needs so desperately.

The donations also mean that we can have our website properly serviced, and will be generating a regular monthly newsletter, as well as enabling secure payments to be made online.

It is coming at us from all over the world. A wonderful woman in Australia has told her family and friends that Christmas 2007 will be different. She will be giving everyone 'an orphan' for Christmas. i.e in her friend's name she will be feeding, clothing and schooling an orphan for a year. Our website designer is going to give passwords to a secure website page where they will be able to track their adopted child's progress, and we will put scans of their artwork and letters etc - like a blog for each orphan. She has invited me to go over there to give a presentation to a group of her wealthy friends about the project. So next month I am off down under for a few weeks.

By the end of Feb we will have the cottages built and gardens (square foot style!!) planted. So whenever you need to visit (or any of your friends and the kind people who have supported us) please know that there is accommodation in the friendliest community in Cape Town available as our guests.

Warm African love from a hot and sunny Cape Town

Di

With Love and thanks to all who support the World Grace Foundation

2007 African tradition: Fire element

Personal — Posted by: World Grace Africa @ 12/07 2006, 11:35

In African tradition, 2007 will be the year of the fire element (2006 was water). Fire bridges the physical and spirit worlds. Natives of many continents described the spiritual realm as the "dream world." Fire is the element connected to the dream world and is also the connection to the Ancestors.

Package arrived in South Africa

Personal — Posted by: World Grace Africa @ 11/15 2006, 10:55

Di, the president of our South African sister non-profit in South Africa, reported today that the package sent from World Grace was received. Her thank you letter is below:

It came today!!

Thank you so much for the lovely box of goodies!!! I am drooling over the books (well not literally) and the clothes are just so cute - the clothes and the kids books will go to very deserving children - please give warmest heartfelt thanks to all generous hearts who gave them.

Love in great abundance to all the generous hearts in the USA
Di and everyone else at Shaster.

Di further reported that though the package arrived later than the 10 days we were told it would get there, they should still be able to get many of the seeds in the ground this season. October and November are South Africa's spring and early summer.

South African Eco-Village

Personal — Posted by: World Grace Africa @ 11/11 2006, 12:44

We now have the formal, very detailed description of the complete eco-village project in South Africa written up beautifully by our friends there. It can be shared with any sincere individual or group considering donation or contribution of any positive manner. Please contact us if this interests you. You will be amazed at their progressive vision, and how they are managing to attract help and make progress in spite of some of their programs being visionary beyond what the mainstream will fund, shunning free GMO seeds for the slower and better process of building up their own open-pollinated seed supply, seeking alternative healing methods beyond questionable vaccinations, etc.

We hope to be going online soon with our fundraiser to help us get back to South Africa to help and offer contributions from America. Before this fundraiser, we'll publish a list of what we plan to accomplish during our next South African mission.

Shipments to and from South Africa

Personal — Posted by: World Grace Africa @ 10/10 2006, 19:31

Our shipment went out today to our South African Shaster sister non-profit. $76.40 to ship many open-pollinated seeds, children's clothing and books, and adult sustainable gardening, farming and other non-fiction books and magazines.

Also today, their shipment of "Spanspeck" melon seeds arrived to us. In Cape Town, they know their melons, and they insist this is one of the best, sweetest melons ever. Their description sounds like it's a type of muskmelon. They saved the seeds of the sweetest one for us to experiment with here in America. We'll grow a few out on Island Meadow Farm, and send the rest to our friends at Baker Creek Heirloom seeds to let them grow them out and test them in their more typically warmer summer weather. Time will tell if this new African melon variety will eventually be offered to all of North America.

Farming books on order for South Africa

Personal — Posted by: World Grace Africa @ 05/28 2006, 15:50

We just received one more small donation, which now allows us to order both the updated All New Square Foot Gardening as well as Cash from Square Foot Gardening for South Africa, who await it eagerly with their brilliant minds and open hearts. Karen, from the USA Square Foot Gardening non-profit Foundation, has graciously offered to correspond with us as South Africa learns the SFG technique.

South Africa update: AIDS/HIV natural treatment, organic gardens, and more

Personal — Posted by: World Grace Africa @ 04/12 2006, 14:32

Materials have been received to build the children's clinic near the creche where the younger orphans are cared for. They have decided that Square Foot Gardening will be integrated into their already productive growing system. World Grace was contacted by some Welsh people who have now hooked up with our group in SA, and are going to connect them with more nurses and doctors willing to volunteer at the clinic. We have found a doctor near our island in the Pacific Northwest who has started a small, little-known program in South Africa where HIV/AIDS symptoms have been reversed in five patients through natural means. His information has now been passed to our group on South Africa. This summer, we hope to do a serious fundraising campaign, including an online auction with Mission Fish, to generate more funds needed to get back to Africa, where we will offer energy healing at the clinic, teach it to all who are interested, help with the gardens, and bring more supplies.

Africa sends sweetness to America

Personal — Posted by: World Grace Africa @ 02/22 2006, 18:41

Our South African sister non-profit group has an outstanding melon that they've grown for some time, and they say it's the sweetest, most delicious variety they grow. They are going to take note of the very best one, and send its seeds to us in America. We've made arrangements with our USA friends at Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds to trial this melon, and if it proves viable, once it is grown out in large enough numbers, will be offered to American gardeners and farmers.

Sweetness spreading in South Africa

Personal — Posted by: World Grace Africa @ 02/16 2006, 12:24

The very first seeds WG sent to our South African sister non-profit were those of "Tigger," an extremely sweet and aromatic rare heirloom perfume melon. We just got a report that it is now growing and being enjoyed in abundance in South Africa, and its seeds are being saved for more and bigger harvests. Africa is where melons originated and watermelons still grow wild there. Tigger developed from natural selection over hundreds of years as melons spread across and out of the continent, and was discovered about a decade ago by an American seedsman in Armenia. We discovered it through him, then sent it back to SA where a long dark period is now restoring its light, and Africa is starting to bloom again with hope, sweetness and abundance.
